2. Services Provided

Move with Movers offers professional local, long-distance, residential, and commercial moving services, including packing, unpacking, and furniture assembly.
2.2 Service Availability
Our services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.
2.3 Estimates & Quotes
- All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
- Final costs may vary based on additional services requested, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional labor, time, or materials are required.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
3.1 Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or written confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate details about the moving location, inventory, and special requirements.
4.2 Packing & Labeling
- Customers are responsible for labeling fragile or special care items.
- Move with Movers is not liable for damage caused by improper packing by the customer.
4.3 Accessibility & Parking
- Customers must ensure proper access for movers (elevators, parking, building permissions).
- Additional charges may apply for unexpected access issues.
5. Liability & Insurance
5.1 Damages & Claims
- Move with Movers is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing defects or improperly packed items.
- Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of the move with supporting evidence.
5.2 Insurance Coverage
- We offer basic liability coverage for transported goods.
- Customers can purchase additional insurance for high-value items.
6. Prohibited Items
Move with Movers does not transport the following:
❌ Hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, flammable substances)
❌ Perishable food items
❌ Illegal substances
❌ Live animals
If any prohibited items are found during the move, we reserve the right to refuse transport.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Payment Methods
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
- Full payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed upon.
7.2 Late Payments & Fees
- Late payments may result in additional fees or legal action.
- Any disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Move with Movers is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
